Genetic Engineering
Based on the frontier theory of genetics and engineering science, gene transcription and translation elements are designed through the concept of engineering, and the adaptation and transcription and translation strength of gene elements and genes in biosynthetic pathways are systematically investigated and adjusted to obtain the best expression of genes. It mainly covers molecular cloning, gene recombination, gene editing and other important technologies, and has a large multi-species gene element library, which provides a powerful means for gene structure and function research. This platform relies on data-driven sequence mining and analysis technology, supplemented by various advanced equipment such as PCR instrument, microplate temperature-controlled humidification oscillator, 96-channel micropipette, automatic dispenser, 96-well plate high-speed centrifuge, microplate reader, gel imager, etc., which can quickly and efficiently complete the construction of genetically engineered bacteria (e. coli, yeast, corynebacterium, etc.), culture and high-throughput screening.

Enzyme Engineering
According to the demand of biochemical reaction, based on data-driven, supplemented by computational biology and artificial intelligence technology, the design and transformation of massive enzyme library resources are carried out to screen out the catalytic activity, selectivity and stability of the enzyme, so as to realize the industrial application of the enzyme. Enzyme engineering platform includes new enzyme mining, enzyme protein oriented transformation, enzyme immobilization and enzyme catalytic process optimization. We have rich enzyme library resources, covering seven major enzyme systems, and are constantly increasing and improving. It has a professional protein structure simulation computing platform, a customized automatic high-throughput enzyme screening platform, and a data analysis platform based on big data visualization analysis. It has accumulated a lot of experience in enzyme directional design and transformation, enzyme immobilization and enzyme catalytic process optimization and industrial amplification. The platform is equipped with high-performance server, gel imaging analysis system, ultraviolet spectrophotometer, high-speed refrigerated centrifuge, temperature-controlled wet shaker, protein purification instrument AKTA, etc. The new protein design method based on data-driven can effectively improve the activity, stability, selectivity and other properties of the enzyme.

Metabolic Engineering
Based on the metabolic network of the chassis cell, the gene circuit is designed for the target product, the metabolic pathway of the chassis cell is modified or reconstructed by using efficient gene editing technology, and the "cell factory" for the efficient synthesis of the target product is constructed by combining the dynamic regulation strategy of the material flow and energy flow in the metabolic process ". Chassis cells are the "hardware" basis for the realization of green biological intelligence. The metabolic engineering platform focuses on the application of chassis cells such as Escherichia coli, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Pichia pastoris, Bacillus, Mycobacterium, Corynebacterium glutamicum in the production of raw materials such as medicine, health products and cosmetics. Gene editing is a key tool for the construction of metabolic pathways and the synthesis of target products. The metabolic engineering platform has developed a variety of gene editing technologies for chassis cells, which can accurately cut and insert target genes. At the same time, combined with AI-aided design and automated breeding technology, the metabolic network is continuously optimized to improve the performance of the target product synthesized by the chassis cells and accelerate industrialization.

Fermentation Engineering
The fermentation engineering technology platform integrates the development and service of microbial fermentation technology and personnel training. It has automatic control, online analysis and automatic detection system of fermentation engineering. Through the analysis of physiological state of different strains (including Escherichia coli, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Pichia pastoris, Bacillus, Mycobacterium, Corynebacterium glutamicum), the detection and analysis of fermentation products and by-products, the fermentation process is optimized. It can meet the needs of a series of process research and development tests from strain selection, shake flask fermentation, high density culture, to the separation, extraction and product post-treatment of the final active product. The platform has perfect experimental and amplified fermentation and post-processing equipment, including 2L ~ 50L fermentation tank, 0.01L ~ 200L extraction and concentration system, large-capacity centrifuge, high-pressure homogenizer, ultrafiltration, ceramic membrane filtration, protein purification system, freeze-drying system, etc.

Chemical Synthesis
Based on the concept of Quality by Design (QbD), we specialize in the process development of APIs and their intermediates, including synthesis route design, reaction condition optimization, crystallization process development, process parameter optimization, quality risk assessment/control and process validation. At the same time, the use of continuous flow technology micro-scale unique mass transfer heat transfer efficiency, high safety characteristics, the dangerous and easy to run out of control of the reaction into an intrinsically safe process.
